Kerosene lamps, incorporating small chimneys to eliminate the fumes, were used before electricity became available on board ship. Fresnel lenses acted as magnifying glasses to increase the light given off by the flames. These nautical lamps can be used as table or wall lights. Include brackets for wall fixing.
