LIGHTHOUSE LANTERNA DI GENOVA
The lantern of Genoa (1128) is the popular name of the lighthouse tower, symbol of Genoa (region of Ligura-Italy). It is composed of a square tower of 76 meters high and is identified along by the shield of the city painted on the top of the tower. It is the tallest lighthouse in Italy. The tower will know different modifications and different functions throughout the centuries. The last reconstruction is completed in 1956, following the damage caused by the air attacks of World War II. Miniature resin lighthouse, hand painted. A beautiful decorative souvenir.
